Extraordinary people make up the essence of The Zahnd Team. However, these extraordinary people are influenced and motivated by a few common elements. Why these items?
Well, coffee for obvious reasons. At our office the fancy espresso machine fuels our jam sessions and keeps our clients happy when they pop in for a visit.
A list of 10 personal development books are required when joining our team. This isnt your regularly assigned readings giving you flashbacks from school days. Authors such as Darren Hardy, Patrick Lencioni, Napoleon Hill and Grant Cardone have influenced our core operations and culture. So, if you want to get into the mindset of highly motivated, enthusiastic leaders this is for you.
A sturdy selfie light with multiple light functions to take your content game to the next level. This tool has been a game changer for our team when theyre working on producing social media content. Pro tip: dont try to achieve the perfect video/photo/caption, practice imperfect action and youll learn and grow on your way to success!
Hydration is of course key. We encourage our team to be at their best and we all know that your body needs at least 8 cups of water a day at minimum to function. So thats why youll find monster litre jugs in the office.
Super swanky earbuds for focusing in on jam sessions and letting your family, friends, teammates know youre giving your focus to work so they dont interrupt your flow.
Throw Throw Burrito is a fun one! This is a game we like to keep for office parties (pre-COVID). If you havent seen it or had the chance to play it yet youll want to get your hands on these squishy burritos for some serious fun!
Table tennis is included because this is just the most practical way we can give to you another game option the team uses to de-stress. Its perfect for a 5 minute break or a quick round to get the blood flowing and energy up. The ping pong table at our office has been the best outlet for our team getting us through long days.
Lastly, a gift card to a local restaurant we love to support, Sugo on Surrey! This is a fantastic Italian restaurant downtown Guelph that our team is always down to support on our team nights out.
